Job Title: Enterprise Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to expand and maintain our network of finance and mortgage brokers across Australia. This role requires building trust, delivering tailored private funding solutions, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic sales strategy to grow a referral-producing broker network by identifying opportunities.
  • Utilize existing databases to connect with a nationwide broker network.
  • Seek, establish, and cultivate new broker partnerships.
  • Analyze competitor market trends to identify market opportunities and gaps.
  • Communicate effectively and promote services and products to ensure maximum market uptake.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales executive roles with a business or finance background.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships while representing and promoting the brand.
  • A proactive mindset with a natural ability to close deals.
  • Outstanding relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • The ability to identify opportunities and drive execution excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent follow-up, and reporting skills.
  • Possess a strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
