Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced transformation professional to join our strategy consulting team.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements across various industries, driving strategic transformation and developing impactful recommendations through complex problem-solving approaches.

  • Key responsibilities include leading client engagements, managing cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
  • The successful candidate will also support the professional development of junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • 5–8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a related field.
  • Strong project experience in multiple sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading institution; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
