Business Transformation Manager

Brunel is looking for an experienced and passionate Business Transformation Manager to join their client in the Mining industry.
About this role:
We are seeking someone with more than 5 years of experience working in Business Transformation, who is passionate about the value that a high-performing team brings to an organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Enterprise, Program or Portfolio Business Transformation initiatives supporting change across a business-wide transformation / large complex business and technology projects
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes
- Show knowledge of project management frameworks, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project governance in an IT environment
- Develop, coach and mentor teams in facilitation, coaching and mentoring
The Offer:
- This exciting opportunity within a Global Mining Organization.
- A minimum of 12 months contract with a strong possibility for extension.
