About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Brokerage Support Officer, working closely with managers, coordinators, and the intake services team to deliver effective brokerage support services tailored to the needs of our Aged Care clients.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about making a positive impact in the aged care sector.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, high computer literacy, and a professional approach to customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support induction processes for new brokering partners
  • Ensure brokerage service agreements are relevant, current, and compliant
  • Receive, track, and respond in a timely manner to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain an effective and efficient records management system and brokerage register
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of program funding guidelines, requirements, and processes
  • Assist with invoice acquittals for brokered services

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the collection and analysis of client or customer information
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within a high-volume work environment
  • An ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
