Clinical Nurse Specialist - Data Coordinator
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely data is captured from multiple information systems.
You will work closely with our clinical leaders and managers to provide expert clinical interpretation and analysis of this data, preparing reports, dashboards, and improvement plans that inform decision-making and drive efficiency across perioperative services.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with relevant clinical leaders and managers to ensure accurate and timely data capture.
- Provide expert clinical interpretation and analysis of data to prepare reports and improvement plans.
- Lead the translation of data insights into practical strategies to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in the relevant practice area with capacity to provide clinical leadership.
- Ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative, working with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge in data extraction, analysis, and report development.
This position involves working up to 60.8 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $106,570 to $112,440 per annum (pro rata), with additional allowances based on qualification and experience.
