Integrated Mental Health Care Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services in accordance with National Mental Health Standards and relevant professional competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day oversight of the service, focusing on optimizing outcomes for attendees, their families, carers, and friends.
- Supervise and support Peer Workers within the Integration Hub.
- Lead leadership, direction, and change management to support service development and compliance with the Operational Service Model.
- Contribute to the culture, leadership, and daily management of the Integration Hub to ensure individuals can access necessary services to address immediate concerns and promote ongoing independence, recovery, and overall health.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health qualification and registration or membership with the relevant professional body.
Benefits:
- Salary: $123,717 to $134,336 per annum, with an additional 12% superannuation contribution.
- Salary Packaging: Options include benefits such as living expenses up to $9,010, $2,650 in meal entertainment per FBT year, and other benefits if eligible.
- Travel and relocation assistance up to $15,000 for overseas applicants and $10,000 for interstate applicants.

- A range of leave entitlements, including study leave and PD support.
