Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering detailed earthing design projects for electrical substations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including a strong understanding of high voltage earthing design and experience with CDEGS software. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver earthing design projects for electrical substations
  • Support Principal & Senior Design Engineers with technically demanding projects
  • Develop and implement earthing solutions to site-based problems through TQ/RFI process
  • Conduct site visits to carry out earthing assessments, surveys and investigations

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of high voltage earthing design
  • Experience with CDEGS software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
