Job Title: Sales Representative
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic sales representative to join our dynamic team in Clayton. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.
The ideal candidate will be an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales. They will have a strong understanding of product knowledge and a drive to learn new skills while building a long-term career.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email regarding pricing and product information.
- Supporting counter sales by delivering excellent customer service, responding to sales enquiries, and preparing and sending quotes.
- Liaising directly with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and accurate information flow.
- Overseeing re-stocking of shelves and picking and packing orders to maintain efficient operations.
