The Investment Management Role

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining ICT portfolio investment governance and appraisal knowledge and capability across the health system.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strategic direction for ICT investment management
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external customers and work teams to promote collaboration and drive quality ICT investments
  • Leading engagement and collaborative relationships with key central government agencies to drive clear understanding and support for ICT investment proposals and priorities

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement in investment governance, evaluation and appraisal
  2. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Research, analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
  4. Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
  5. Knowledge of Queensland Government investment governance approval and funding processes
  6. ICT Investment appraisal and evaluation experience
  7. Portfolio, Program or Project Management experience
  8. Experience working within the Government or Health Sectors
