Laboratory Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the productivity, quality, and performance of our operations team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily operations, maintaining high standards of operational excellence, and ensuring laboratory KPIs related to service and quality are consistently met.
- You will be responsible for monitoring Unit Manufacturing Costs (UMC) and working closely with the team to maintain consistent service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, systems, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Last but not least, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to build a skilled and engaged team.
- Manage Work In Progress (WIP) closely to ensure consistent service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Review and resolve customer complaints, conducting thorough root cause analysis to drive effective corrective actions and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
