Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled quality assurance specialist to join our laboratory team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for performing analyses and reporting results.

About the Role

  • This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic laboratory environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • You will have the chance to work with a variety of analytical techniques and equipment, and to develop your skills in data analysis and interpretation.

Responsibilities

  1. Performing analytical tests and reporting on results
  2. Validating and calibrating analytical equipment
  3. Supporting the investigation of out-of-specification results
  4. Assisting with sensory panels and sampling as required
  5. Relieving in other laboratory areas
  6. Participating in laboratory continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • A degree in food science or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver accurate results
  • A strong interest in working in quality assurance and a willingness to work in a team environment
