The Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key front-line role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling payments and receipts.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties to support clinic operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a medical reception or administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare billing.
