As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving budgets by inspiring and developing your team. You will promote a customer-centric culture with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver on growth opportunities, business objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
  • Inspire customers and your local community by tailoring your store's presentation and activities.
