About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Director to join our team in Sunbury, VIC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional before, after, and holiday care programs to children.

Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent position with some flexibility for working from home between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

  • Build strong relationships with schools and local communities through active participation and collaboration.
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to design and deliver engaging experiences daily.
  • Foster genuine connections with children and their families.
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate medical documentation.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen TeamKids' connection with school communities.
  • Servicing hours: 6:30am - 9:00am, 2:15pm - 6:30pm, plus 5.25 hours admin per week (full-time 38 hours).

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with children, parents, team members, and school administrators.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
  • A natural leadership style with attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a love for FUN.
  • Qualification or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (e.g., Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work).
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$90,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
