Commercial Landscape Maintenance Growth Strategist

About the RoleWe are seeking a driven, strategic Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our commercial client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with facility managers and property groups, and securing long-term maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new commercial business leads and opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare and submit professional proposals and tenders
- Represent the company at industry and networking events
- Track, report, and forecast sales pipeline activity
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (ideally in facilities, landscaping, or construction)
- Strong network across property groups, FM firms, or councils
- A self-starter with a hunger to chase and close deals
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills
- Understanding of service-based contracts and client retention strategies
- Base salary between $100K-$130K (negotiable based on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
