We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our financial and capital accounting team.

About the Role

This pivotal position will oversee the delivery of high-quality financial and capital accounting services across our group and site operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a team of financial accountants, with scope for future growth and expansion
  • Overseeing month-end processes, financial journals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
  • Designing and managing capital accounting systems including WBS structures and fixed asset registers
  • Driving standardisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement across finance operations
About You

You're a qualified accounting professional (CPA or CA) with at least 10 years' experience in financial accounting and analysis—ideally with a background in Big 4 or mining. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business success and achieving organisational goals.

As a seasoned accountant, you will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions. You will also have the ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and drive process improvements.
