Job Overview

The Change Manager will lead strategic initiatives to support the adoption of Single Digital Patient Records (SDPR) and drive digital transformation in healthcare. This pivotal role involves championing change, empowering teams, and shaping the future of care.

Key Responsibilities

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to facilitate organisational change. The Change Manager will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement targeted change management strategies, optimise clinical workflows, and improve patient outcomes.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support clinical transformation;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build capability and drive cultural change within the organisation;
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to change, ensuring seamless integration of digital solutions across the healthcare system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess relevant tertiary qualifications in health or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience in the healthcare sector. You'll also need to demonstrate:

a deep understanding of the healthcare environment, including clinical and operational contexts;extensive experience in planning and delivering change initiatives within complex healthcare systems;demonstrated success in implementing major clinical programs and digital transformation projects, with expert knowledge of health system processes and stakeholder dynamics;demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex, multidisciplinary issues;skilled in negotiating and influencing within multidisciplinary teams and across internal and external stakeholder groups.
