Healthcare Transformation Specialist

This key role within the Chief Clinical Information Officer's Suite drives digital transformation in healthcare by leading strategic initiatives for the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR).
The successful candidate will lead organisational change and facilitate the adoption of upgraded electronic Medical Record (eMR) solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic planning and delivery of change initiatives within large, complex health service environments.
- Implementation of major clinical programs and digital transformation projects with expert knowledge of health system processes and stakeholder dynamics.
- Manage competing priorities and complex multidisciplinary issues applying structured planning and time management approaches to meet critical deadlines and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
- Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in health health sciences or management or possesses equivalent extensive experience in the health sector.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence within multidisciplinary teams and across internal external stakeholder groups.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and respond to client needs resolve issues and drive consensus toward shared goals.
