Project Manager: Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to lead our greenfield integration program from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to drive change, manage vendors, and deliver results that will shape the future of IT service management. As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and scoping the integration of ServiceNow with a non-service management environment, running the RFP/RFQ process, and leading vendor engagement.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of integration specialists in delivering high-quality outcomes;
  • Design and scope the integration of ServiceNow with a non-service management environment;
  • Run the RFP/RFQ process and lead vendor engagement;
  • Own program governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting;
  • Ensure smooth vendor delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager leading integration or transformation programs;
  • Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms);
  • Confident running procurement and vendor selection processes;
  • A natural communicator who brings people together and gets things done.
