Job Title

A food and beverage attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service at our western suburbs venue, which offers dining facilities, function rooms, a four-star hotel, gaming lounge, sports bar, and TAB.

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our diverse team. As a food and beverage attendant, you will be responsible for providing memorable experiences for guests across multiple venues and areas.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality experience for guests
  • Working across multiple venues and areas, including bistro, café, and function spaces
  • Maintaining high standards of personal grooming and hygiene
  • Meeting expectations and exceeding them when possible
  • Managing time and tasks effectively
  • Collaborating with colleagues and taking direction
  • Learning and adapting to new situations
