About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Leader to join our team at Lifestyle Solutions. As a Practice Leader, you will play a key role in supervising a team of support professionals and delivering high-quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of support professionals to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Develop and implement innovative services that meet the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Service Specialist to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality supports.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry qualification or experience in disability support.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising a team to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Knowledge of contemporary and innovative services in the disability sector.
  • Extensive experience in providing support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, consultation, and negotiation skills.
