We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance and Testing Practice Leader to join our team at NCS Australia. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing Quality Assurance and Testing team, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement quality and testing strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture and Learning & Development, to build capability in quality and testing and drive improvements in processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their quality and testing needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality and testing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our practices.
- Proven experience leading QA and Testing teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Expertise in improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- In-depth understanding of both functional and non-functional testing methods, as well as various delivery methods such as DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, problem-solve, and make strategic decisions.
- Strong people leadership experience, including mentoring, conducting performance appraisals, and creating high-performing individuals.
- Strong capability uplift experience, working with HR functions to support career growth and overall practice capability growth.
- Solid knowledge of quality practices and tools.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, using tact and sensitivity.
