The company has an exciting opportunity for an Administration / Scheduling Assistant to join their Deployment team based in Cheltenham.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow in their career and gain exposure to project coordination, logistics, scheduling, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the installations or removals and relocation of products
- Attend to requests through the internal database
- Source quotes for deliveries and installations
- Communicate between various departments to keep them informed of updates/progress
- Update and distribute various reports
- Answer any queries via phone and email
- Update the internal database with changes as necessary
Requirements:
- We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and professional candidate with great customer service skills and administrative skills, ideally with exposure to logistics or project administration
- You will have drive and ambition and be willing to learn
What We Offer:
Salary is $65-68k plus super - negotiable depending on experience
