About the Opportunity

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Care Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the well-being and care of our residents, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality medical care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with the care team to promote wound management, pain management, and emergency response.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff on health and wellness topics.

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
