Job Title: Support Specialist

">Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, including system updates, stock management, and menu preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm completed production items within the SAP inventory system.
  • Assist with reviewing par levels and correcting stock levels within SAP Inventory system.
  • Utilize the SAP Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) requisitioning function to review proposed stock transfers from the warehouse and update as required.
  • Create manual requisitions for requirements not included in the MRP function.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork to maintain correct stock levels and record-keeping processes.
  • Liaise with Purchasing & Warehouse regarding all stock queries & order discrepancies to ensure all stock arrives in a timely manner.
  • Ensure end of month processes are carried out accurately to ensure cost of goods are processed in the correct month.
  • Assist with Stocktakes where required.
  • Assist with menu updates, seasonal LTO's preparations, photoshoots, marketing, promotions, activations, rollouts, etc, when required.
  • Internal stock updates / communication to Operational Managers.
  • Work with Food Safety Advisor in the area of compliance and allergens.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience is desirable.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and friendly disposition.
  • Strong computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task & meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Sound understanding of cost of goods (COGS) and month end posting policies.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen operation.
