Job Title:
Payroll Administration SpecialistAs a Payroll Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll function of our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that all employee queries are handled efficiently, and new hire details are processed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee queries and provide excellent customer service by responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process new hire details, including obtaining required documentation and updating employee records accurately.
- Handle employee terminations, ensuring that all final payments and benefits administration are completed as per company policies.
- Process leave requests and calculate accurate leave entitlements, working collaboratively with the People function to improve service delivery.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably with a reputable organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in payroll systems and software, including proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies.
- Understanding of relevant Award and EBA conditions, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
