Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project manager to support the procurement of tactical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage equipment procurements, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases and tendering activities;
  • Coordinate and manage Third Party Retransfer and Technical Access Agreement processes to ensure compliance;
  • Evaluate, plan, negotiate, and manage Government Furnished Equipment and Data processes within governance frameworks and procurement guidelines for projects;
  • Develop Authorisation to Operate (ATO) documentation and manage the process, including risks and scheduling activities to meet delivery milestones.
Requirements:
  • Experience within government or Defence environments;
  • Understanding of Defence Capability Life Cycle;
  • Experience in similar roles;
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with project team members;
  • Process driven and attention to detail essential;
  • Effective problem solving and time management abilities;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • A current or expired security clearance is necessary (minimum NV1);
  • Applicant must be an Australian citizen due to security clearance requirements.
