Service Advisor Job Summary

A Service Advisor is a critical role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle servicing experiences.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide accurate information about vehicle services and repairs to customers
  • To assist customers with their vehicle queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • To ensure that all customer interactions are handled effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
