Vehicle Technologist

A critical role has emerged for a skilled Vehicle Technician to oversee the maintenance of our fleet in Griffith.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing and assembling vehicles while upholding rigorous safety standards and quality control measures.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, repairs and maintenance tasks on our fleet vehicles to ensure they are safe and operational at all times.
• Asset Management: Maintain company assets in accordance with manufacturer guidelines to optimize performance and extend lifespan.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Breakdown Response: Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and perform field-related repairs to minimize downtime.
• Communication: Effectively communicate any safety or maintenance concerns to relevant stakeholders.

• Technical Expertise: Possess experience in vehicle service and maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Safety Focus: Demonstrate a commitment to safety standards and company policies, prioritizing risk mitigation and compliance.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
