Job Requirements
  • To be successful, you must be highly motivated and enthusiastic about training others.
  • You should have excellent communication skills to engage and motivate trainees.
  • Fully conversant with modern vehicle technology, including the ability to identify and diagnose faults.
  • Able to grow strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified vehicle technician to a minimum level 3 with experience in teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical training courses to technicians and business owners.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and support.
  • Manage CPD and keep personal qualifications up to date.
  • Assist with course administration and paperwork.
