Chief Elf Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Elf to lead our team of Elves in delivering magical moments for Santa's visitors. This is a unique opportunity to inspire, support and motivate your team to create unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Elves to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
  • Managing daily operations, including rosters and workflow.
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere.
  • Bringing energy and positivity even on the busiest days.
  • Leading from the front with warmth, professionalism and festive flair.
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care.
  • Ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality and a memorable keepsake of their Christmas experience.

Requirements:

  • A leader who inspires and supports those around them.
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with people of all ages.
  • Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and the team.
  • Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance.
