Christmas Experience Team Leaders

We are seeking experienced and charismatic leaders to join our team as Christmas Experience Team Leaders. As a Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio, you will be responsible for inspiring, supporting and leading your team of Elves to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors.

Your role will involve managing daily operations, rosters and workflow with ease and poise, while ensuring the magic never fades. You will be the calm in the midst of chaos, keeping operations running smoothly even on the busiest of days.

You will welcome families and keep the atmosphere joyful and merry, bringing energy and positivity to every interaction. Your leadership style will inspire and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Elves to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Managing daily operations, including rosters and workflow
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a positive atmosphere
  • Bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction
  • Leading from the front with warmth, professionalism and festive flair
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care
  • Ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality and a memorable keepsake of their Christmas experience

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of successful leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and the team
  • Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
