Job Role Summary

We are currently seeking skilled operators to join our team and contribute their expertise in operating posi-track equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to work on medium-large scale construction projects, gaining valuable experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Operation: Operate posi-track equipment to load hoppers and perform site clean up tasks.
  • Laboring Duties: Conduct general laboring duties as required.
  • Tool Safety: Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Perform driving and manual handling tasks as part of a team or independently.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Construction White Card and current RIIMPO318F Statement of Attainment for Posi-Track operation.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months operating experience.
  • Skillset: Ability to work reliably, show initiative, and work well in a team or autonomously.
