Field Service Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced diagnostic and technical support to our customers, ensuring mechanical services are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction equipment and be able to carry out servicing and repairs in the field. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to write reports and keep daily records.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive hourly rate, overtime opportunities, penalty rates, and bonuses. Our company offers training, career development, growth, and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out diagnosis and troubleshooting procedures relating to mechanical failures
  • Daily reporting and clear communication of completed tasks
  • Follow warranty procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to valued clients
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and ability to carry out servicing and repairs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MR or HV truck and forklift license (or ability to obtain)
