Neurological Rehabilitation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Neurological Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you'll work with clients who have various neurological conditions.

Our approach combines evidence-based therapy with innovative technology, such as the Hybrid Assistive Limb (HAL). This cutting-edge equipment enables us to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tailored therapy sessions to clients with spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson's, FND, stroke, chronic pain, or other neurological conditions.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, comprising physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.
  • Supporting clients through funding schemes, including report writing.
  • Engaging in ongoing education, mentoring, and case reviews.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and support networks.

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist.
  • A passion for neurological care.
  • A collaborative, curious, and compassionate approach.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
  • CPR & First Aid certification, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Experience working with neurological clients is preferred.
