Job Title

Maintenance Supervisor Electrical & Automation

  • Key Responsibilities:

Lead the site's electrical maintenance and automation functions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment.

Manage a team of qualified electricians, oversee compliance with electrical safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in automated systems.

This role plays a key part in sustaining high-performance manufacturing by coordinating across disciplines.

About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical & Automation is accountable for leading the site's electrical maintenance and automation functions.

Based at Revesby, this role contributes to the success of Opal by providing technical oversight across PLCs, SCADA, motor control, and instrumentation systems.

  • Skillset Required:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver high equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in asset management (e.g. RCM, PMO).
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering and/or Automation.

We expect you will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with extensive knowledge in asset management and team leadership.
