About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned tax advisory professional to lead and mentor a small team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in comprehensive tax consulting, financial statement preparation, and client relationship development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide mentoring to a small team of professionals
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of established clients across various entities
  • Provide expert tax consulting and advisory services to clients
  • Prepare and review complex financial statements and reports for all entity types
  • Manage internal and external client communication and relationships
  • Contribute to the development of policies and initiatives to drive financial growth and success

 

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
  • A relevant tertiary level qualification with a focus on taxation or accounting
  • At least 5 years' public practice experience in taxation and advisory services
  • Proven experience working with diverse clientele and developing strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
