About the Role

  • Lead business-focused reporting and analytics development for key stakeholders.
  • Solve complex business problems using a mix of BI tools and emerging AI techniques.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Banking and Financial products to inform analysis and reporting.
  • Design scalable and automatable analytical outcomes aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with cross-functional teams including Data & Analytics, Segments, Product, Risk, and Technology.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver actionable analytics solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in analytics and data science.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, insights generation or analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to Python and interest in AI technologies such as machine learning, Streamlit, or generative AI.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for exploring new tools and methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative networks.
  • High attention to detail, focus on data quality, accuracy and reliability.
  • Proactive, inquisitive and driven approach to problem-solving and delivery.
