Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care to clients and their pets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, triaging pets on arrival, communicating pet updates to clients, and answering their queries. You will also collaborate with the broader team regarding updates, pet needs, and finance information.

In addition, you will assist clients with finance and processing insurance claims, handle cash transactions, and perform daily banking reconciliations. Adhoc administrative duties associated with running the front of the clinic will also be part of your responsibilities.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to multi-task with competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of resilience and quick thinking.

Requirements:
  • Facing customers and delivering excellent service experience.
  • Knowledge of animal triage or experience in a veterinary environment (desired).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • A personal mode of transportation (essential for shift work).
