Key Senior Bookkeeping Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our management team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Process supplier invoices and manage creditor pay runs
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and processing receipts
  • Process payroll, including superannuation and salary sacrificing arrangements
  • Prepare IAS & BAS returns
  • Perform end-of-month balance sheet reconciliations and profit/loss reviews
  • Assist with initial preparation of monthly management accounts
