Speech Pathology Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathology Clinician to join our national team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing ongoing support to clients.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assessing and treating individuals with varying communication and swallowing needs. You will work closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Communication Assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized therapy plans
  • Provide Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments to support clients with complex swallowing needs
  • Develop and review Mealtime Management Plans to promote safe eating practices
  • Conduct Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments to empower clients with limited verbal communication
  • Deliver ongoing therapy sessions to support client progress and goal attainment

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the relevant professional association
  • A car and driver's license
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
