This is an exciting opportunity for a technical helpdesk engineer to work on maintaining systems, meeting performance metrics and service level agreements, and reporting status internally and externally.

As a member of a medium-sized support team providing ICT floorwalking support and leadership for the delivery of Windows 11 migrations, you will be responsible for:

  • Hardware and software onboarding and offboarding
  • Responding to Level 2 help desk incidents
  • Supporting Microsoft Office technologies
  • Assisting with access and profile setup
  • In-house repair and support
  • Troubleshooting and configuration

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in help desk support
  • Proficiency in both Apple and Windows operating systems
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing MS Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
  • The ability to work independently
