Helpdesk Specialist

This role is responsible for managing a small team in the provision of helpdesk and escalation support. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of the Escalation Helpdesk, including creation of phone rosters and weekly analysis and reporting of data on requests received.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide guidance and expert advice to staff, stakeholders, and management. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with business partners and external providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team in the provision of helpdesk and escalation support
  • Oversight of the Escalation Helpdesk operations, including phone roster creation and weekly analysis and reporting
  • Provide guidance and expert advice to staff, stakeholders, and management
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and external providers
  • Assist with other project-related activities or ad-hoc ICT requests as required
