Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering structured training to ensure a seamless transition to our platform.

The role requires a strong understanding of business workflows, particularly in operational or trade-based environments, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

You will be tasked with:

  • Training traditional customer workflows, enabling customers to effectively utilize our products in their business.
  • Providing data & design services to customers, including creating reports and output documents.
  • Collaborating with senior staff to provide training or data & design services to new or expansion clients.
  • Tackling moderately challenging problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Staying up to date with recent product releases and developing expertise within our product suite.
  • Utilizing intermediate business acumen and industry insights to deliver effective outcomes for customers.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering software training and onboarding programs, excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability to work with varying client needs and changing implementation requirements is essential. Experience working with trade, construction, or field service industries is highly regarded.
