Our organisation is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Valuation Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Prepare market appraisals for a range of commercial property types, from initial inspections to final report preparation and client support.
  • Support the Asset Management department in rental review processes by producing high-quality rental appraisals.
  • Liaise directly with clients to facilitate their investment decisions and provide valuable insights.
  • Maintain internal databases and ensure team members are up-to-date on current and predicted market trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong time management and organisational skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property valuations and analysis.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build rapport with clients.
