Medical Credentialing Professional

Your primary role will be delivering credentialing services for visiting medical professionals, encompassing accreditation, re-accreditation, and scope of practice.
The Position
- Undertake comprehensive administrative processes for accreditation, re-accreditation, scope of practice, and mandatory training for Visiting Medical Officers.
- Maintain the Doctor Database in webPAS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accreditation electronic records and manual filing systems, guaranteeing seamless integration.
- Perform regular audit reviews of the Doctor Database in webPAS, verifying information and producing timely reports on request.
- Assist with on-boarding for newly accredited practitioners, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide supporting evidence to the Medical Administration Coordinator for matters relating to the Scope of Practice Committee.
- Follow up actions from the Scope of Practice Committee, maintaining open communication channels.
- Participate in external/internal reviews of credentialing processes, fostering continuous improvement.
You will demonstrate an understanding of medical accreditation systems and credentialing requirements, with experience in medical administration including contemporary systems and processes for data management and audit control.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to communicate effectively with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public, and other external stakeholders while conveying a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
