About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring support professional to deliver exceptional care services to our elderly clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support in daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fostering positive relationships with clients, engaging them in group activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
  • Providing personal care, including assistance with toileting, showering, dressing, and light housekeeping tasks
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation and serving meals in a safe and hygienic environment
  • Promptly reporting any changes in client health status or observations to ensure timely interventions

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people, including those with varying needs and backgrounds
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
