Care Worker

Job Description

As a member of our residential care team, you will empower residents to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and emotional support to help them achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is ideal, but not mandatory; we can support you in obtaining this qualification if needed.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, but individuals who are passionate about starting their career in aged care with the right qualifications are also welcome.
  • Being adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, as well as embracing Uniting's values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness, are essential for success in this role.
