Job Opportunity

The team is working with a Salesforce partner to deliver a long-term transformation programme for a major public sector end-user in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) components, including scripts, integration procedures, data transformations, and user interfaces.
  • Lead and manage an offshore team of developers, ensuring code quality and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with solution architects and business analysts to understand technical and functional requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and integration layers.
Requirements
  • Proven commercial experience with Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring offshore development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle.
