  • Provide guidance and support on risk management communications to promote a mature risk culture.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to improve organisational resilience and risk culture through effective communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management communications.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in internal communications, financial services, and risk communications.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes aligned to strategy.
  • Experience in developing compelling content for various channels and leading high-performing teams.
